Who we are
Elizabeth Ann Coalition Against Domestic Abuse, EACADA, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to preventing domestic and dating violence through education, early intervention, and survivor-centered support.
We serve teens, women, and survivors through trauma-informed, culturally responsive programming grounded in lived experience, community leadership, and evidence-based prevention.
Founded by Tela’nea Elizabeth Ann Forbes, MBA, EACADA was established in honor of her grandmother, Carol Elizabeth Ann Oglesby, and great-grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Oglesby, whose lives were lost as a result of domestic violence. Their legacy informs EACADA’s focus on prevention, education, and breaking cycles of abuse before harm occurs.
Today, EACADA brings together lived experience, professional training, and community advocacy to deliver programming in schools and communities across Pennsylvania.
EACADA is rooted in remembrance, and driven by prevention.
